做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
