做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
