做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
