做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
