做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
