做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
