做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。
