做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
