做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
