做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
