做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
