做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
