做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
