做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
