做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
