做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
