做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
