做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
