做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
