做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
