做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
