做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
