做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
