做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
