做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
