做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
