做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
