做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
