做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
