做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
