做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬(áo )干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
