做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
