做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
