做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
