做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
