做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
