做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
