做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
