做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
