做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
