做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
