做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
