做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
