做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
