做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
