做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
