做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
