做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
