做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
