做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝(cháng )。
